These terms govern use of the Identity Architect website and report service. Use the service only if you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy explains information processing.

Purpose and eligibility

Identity Architect provides educational self-reflection and personal development materials. It is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The educational disclaimer forms part of these terms. You remain responsible for your decisions; reports do not replace qualified professional advice.

Your account and submissions

Use an email you control, protect your sign-in codes and provide information honestly. Submit information about yourself, or about another person only with their lawful authority and informed permission. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, malicious files or unlawful content. You retain your rights in your submitted materials and authorize only the processing needed to provide the service and reports you request.

Report preparation

Assessment submission records your answers for review. AI-assisted preparation requires separate consent. Drafts may contain errors and must be reviewed before release. A request does not guarantee a completion date, a particular interpretation or an outcome. Missing or conflicting sources may pause preparation. Daily observations are preserved separately and require review before they change an approved interpretation.

Access and fees

Account creation is currently free. Any future paid service will disclose its price, scope and applicable cancellation or refund terms before purchase. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or breaches of these terms.

Materials and permitted use

You may use your approved report for personal purposes and share it at your discretion. Other original website and framework materials require permission for commercial reproduction, resale or republication beyond uses allowed by law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses. No ownership of underlying ideas, methods or third-party systems is claimed.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, educational materials are provided without guarantees of fitness for a particular outcome. These terms do not exclude rights, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and updates

Contact us about access, corrections or disputes. Updated terms will be posted with an effective date. Significant new processing or service commitments will be disclosed before you are asked to accept them.
